Last week, we took off for the Windy City to participate in ISTE – the annual conference for the International Society for Technology in Education. It was an awesome event, and we were so inspired by the teachers we met from all over the United States – and across the globe – who are blazing new trails bringing 3D design, electronics, and coding into their classrooms. It was a great reminder that design is truly a universal language.
During our time at the conference, we had the opportunity to introduce our newest feature – Tinkercad Codeblocks – through live demos and workstations. And in the spirit of making things, we hosted a daily Maker Station where we had projects from screen printing and decorating tote bags to building real Peter the Penguins with light up eyes.
For those of you we didn’t get to meet … or, even for those we did… here are some highlights:
Until ISTE ’19… happy Tinkering folks!
