As you might remember, Autodesk launched the #MakeItReal campaign last August and gave away over $25K in prizes to two schools in order to amp up or kickstart their own makerspace (read our post about the competition here). Both grand prize winners, Boston International Newcomers Academy (BINcA) and Northern Lehigh Middle School are doing amazing things with tools like Chromebooks, Dremel 3D printers, Full Spectrum Laser Cutters, Oculus Rift VR headsets, and Arduino kits!
Panion Tase, an educator at BINcA, is helping his students renovate their classroom with the prizes from the competition, and they are working on some incredible projects.
